The trailer for Monster Hunter: World was quite exciting to watch. The game was announced earlier this year, and the anticipation is strong. For the first time ever, a Monster Hunter title is being released on both PC and Xbox. However, the beta will remain a PlayStation exclusive. Nintendo will not see the title appear on the Switch. Sad days for Nintendo gamers that are a fan of the series.
The beta beginning on December 9 will exclude both PC and Xbox players. Xbox players will have to wait until the release on January 26 to play, and PC players until sometime in 2018.
Still, there’s a lot to look forward to. Not only is the first Monster Hunter game on PC and Xbox, it’s the first where monsters will hunt each other. Of course, you’ll still hunt monsters, but they can hunt each other in the game world as well.
While the anticipation, especially for PC players, is strong, PC and Xbox gamers, unfortunately, have to wait until the full release next year.
